My work honours the silenced voices of my maternal ancestors who could have transformed lives by expressing their truths. I lost my grandmother and my legendary best friend on 10 Jan 2026. She was 96. The impact of her life story and upbringing of me, has made me more aware of why this mission is so important. You see, silenced women were more manageable and less intimidating to those in power. My mission is to break the cycle of generational trauma. And it starts with me.
